The offeror should fully read Section L and follow the directions set forth. All proposals will be evaluated by the criterion explained in Section M.

On June 27, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., a virtual Bidder Conference will be held using Microsoft Teams. This meeting will discuss how to submit a proposal, including some significant changes in the new FY 2025 Statement of Work requirements. If you are unable to attend this meeting, we will post a recording of the meeting on this website to include questions and answers. Attendance is not required but strongly encouraged.
