SCAM ALERT: The United States District and Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas will NEVER request personal or financial information by phone or email. ALWAYS verify cases and court documents through PACER or by contacting one of the Divisional Offices listed on the Court’s website if you have questions about any Orders or Notices claiming to be from the Court. If you receive a suspicious or threatening communication, DO NOT provide any information – contact a Divisional Office immediately and consider reporting the incident to the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).
