Judge Ellison sets all non-evidentiary hearings as telephonic hearings. Parties may jointly request an in-person hearing by reaching out to the Case Manager. Parties are to appear via telephone to all hearings by calling the Court’s dial-in number; instructions can be found on all Notices of Setting, which are issued when hearings are set. If appearing telephonically presents any logistical difficulties, please contact case manager, Art Rivera, by phone or email.
