Zenobia Harris Bivens

Bio Information

Zenobia Harris Bivens is a trial attorney who moved back home to Texas after graduating from Northwestern University School of Law. Her practice focuses primarily on business litigation, including IP litigation, government compliance, and (plaintiff and defense side) parallel proceedings—cases that cross over from civil to criminal. At the start of her career, she served as a law clerk for the Honorable Carl E. Stewart of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and for Justice Dale Wainwright of the Texas Supreme Court. Zenobia is an accomplished trial and appellate lawyer. She has won a case at the United States Supreme Court and numerous jury verdicts and trial court decisions in civil and criminal cases. Zenobia also has been recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer Rising Star and as a Top Woman Lawyer in Texas Monthly. Currently, Zenobia is a partner at Berg & Androphy and serves as an adjunct professor for the University of Houston Law Center Trial Advocacy Program.
