Amended BLR 1007-1 and New Forms

The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas has adopted changes to BLR 1007-1(d), and related forms and procedures. The changes include:
1.	New BLR 1007-1
2.	New form Chapter 13 Plan (the only change to the current form plan is the last paragraph of section 1 of the plan)
3.	New Initial Order for Chapter 13 cases
4.	New Order Authorizing Vehicle Use
5.	Proposed Order for EFT Payments (On-Line Banking)
6.	Proposed Order for ACH Payments
