Security and Electronic Device Policy Government issued identification required to enter the courthouse. Attorneys and law enforcement agents shall be allowed cell phones, laptops and other wireless devices in the courthouse. However, no cell phone may be used inside any courtroom; any and all cell phones brought into a court MUST be turned to either "OFF" or "Airplane" mode. In addition, no other device may be used in a courtroom without the approval from the respective judge of said court. The general public is not allowed any wireless device in the courthouse; Court Security Officers will only provide storage of a wireless device if a person is unable to return the device to their vehicle. |
