| The United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas solicits public comment on proposed changes to Local Rule 16.4. Alternative Dispute Resolution and Local Rule 83.1. Admission to Practice. The proposed amendments to the local rules are designed to facilitate and narrow the ADR process and to update and improve the attorney admission’s process.
