Following a public comment period and the receipt and review of extensive oral and written comments, the Court determined that new versions of a proposed chapter 13 plan, chapter 13 plan summary, chapter 13 modification, chapter 13 modification summary, and proposed Bankruptcy Local Rule 6007-1 should be circulated for public comment. Extensive changes have been made to the prior versions on which public comment was made. Written comments are encouraged and should be submitted by e-mail to: bankruptcy_comments@txs.uscourts.gov.
