| The 2026 Power Act Virtual Event will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 4:00 pm EST (3 pm in Texas). This one-hour event promotes pro bono legal services as a critical way to empower survivors of domestic violence, stalking, and sexual assault and to engage citizens and help lift victims out of the cycle of violence.
Registration is required by May 15, 2026. There is no cost to attend. Southern District of Texas participants will receive 1.25 hours of CLE credit of which 1.0 hour is an ethics credit. The Southern District of Texas will not certify attendance for CLE credits, however attorneys may self-report to the State Bar of Texas.
