On May 9, 2018, FedBizOpps.gov posted the Treatment Services Pre-Solicitation Notice for Fiscal Year 2019.　

The United States Probation Office for the Southern District of Texas intends to procure treatment services for federal defendants and offenders using Blanket Purchase Agreements and is currently compiling a Bidders List. ALL VENDORS need to submit their interest within 30 days of this posting (by June 15, 2018).

The categories of services needed are as follows:　

Substance Abuse Outpatient (including individual and group counseling)　

Mental Health Outpatient (including assessments, individual and group counseling, and the ability to obtain psychiatric services)　

Sex Offender Outpatient (including evaluation, individual and group counseling, and the ability to obtain polygraph services)　

Substance Abuse Residential (including short term [90 days] and long term [up to 270 days])　

Co-Occurring Residential (including short term [90 days] and long term [up to 270 days])　

Medical Detoxification
