Aaron Streett leads Baker Botts’ Supreme Court and Constitutional Law practice. He has argued over 50 appeals around the country, including 2 in the U.S. Supreme Court, 27 in the Fifth Circuit, and 9 in the D.C. Circuit. Aaron is one of only two Texas-based practitioners to be ranked both nationally and statewide in Chambers Appellate rankings (2019-2022). Aaron serves on the Board of Directors of the Fifth Circuit Bar Association and is an elected member of the American Law Institute. Aaron graduated from Hillsdale College and University of Texas Law School and clerked for Judge David B. Sentelle on the D.C. Circuit and Chief Justice William H. Rehnquist on the U.S. Supreme Court.
