In responding to the RFPs linked below, you should answer each item and supply all information requested. Section L provides specific directions for potential offerors in completing the proposal. The offeror should fully read Section L and follow the directions set forth. All proposals will be evaluated by the criterion explained in Section M.
On July 23, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., a virtual Bidder Conference will be held using Microsoft Teams. This meeting will discuss how to submit a proposal for FY 2026. If you are unable to attend this meeting, we will post a recording of the meeting on this website to include questions and answers. Attendance is not required but strongly encouraged.
