New procedures have been proposed to address the following issues:

• Procedures for cash collateral use, debtor-in-possession loans, and sales outside of the ordinary course of business.

• Special procedures for debtors engaged in drilling, exploration, development and or operation of oil, gas and mineral properties.

• Special procedures for the assumption, rejection or assignment of executory contracts or unexpired leases by omnibus motion.

• Procedures for claims objections.

• Procedures for payment of pre-petition amounts owed to critical vendors.

If the Court adopts any of the proposed procedures, the Court will redraft the procedures into a uniform style.  Accordingly, comments are requested on the substance of the procedures.  The detailed, proposed procedures may be accessed by clicking on the hyperlinks above.
