The District Court for the Southern District of Texas will be installing extensive server updates on the CM/ECF system over the weekend of November 16, 2024. The District Court CM/ECF and PACER systems for the Southern District of Texas will be unavailable to the public from 8:00PM on Friday, 15 November, until 2:00PM on Sunday, 17 November. We will broadcast one reminder email before the installation weekend, and another email after the installation when the system is available for all users.
