| The Disctrict Court for the Southern District of Texas will be installing extensive server updates on the CM/ECF system over the weekend of February 17, 2023.
The District Court CM/ECF and PACER systems for the Southern District of Texas will be unavailable to the public from 6:00PM on Thursday, 16 February, until some time late in the holiday weekend. We will broadcast one reminder email before the installation weekend, and another email after the installation when the system is available for all users.
