David Gerger leads the White Collar and Government Investigation practice at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan in Houston. Over the last 25 years, David has helped companies and individuals, public and private, domestic and foreign, in hundreds of investigations, trials and appeals. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the American Board of Criminal Lawyers and recognized by Chambers (Band 1 and a nominee for Best Individual White Collar Lawyer in America) and Best Lawyers (including Best White Collar in Houston 2016). After law school, David clerked for two wonderful federal judges and was a federal public defender … where he learned to try hard cases.
