Dianne Ralston

Dianne Ralston, General Counsel, Technip/FMC
Dianne B. Ralston is the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary of TechnnipFMC, plc, having assumed that role following the merger-of-equals between FMC Technologies Inc and Paris-based Technip on January 16, 2017.  Prior to merger, Ms. Ralston served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of FMC Technologies Inc. beginning January 2015.  Prior to joining the FMC Technologies, Ms. Ralston served as Weatherford International’s Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.  Ms. Ralston has more than 20 years of combined legal, compliance and business experience in the oil and gas industry, including an extended period of time working for Schlumberger in a variety of roles. Her positions with Schlumberger included Deputy General Counsel, Corporate, as well as Deputy General Counsel, Government Affairs and Litigation. Ms. Ralston also acted as Director of Compliance, responsible for the development and management of Schlumberger's global corporate Ethics and Compliance Program.

Dianne began her legal career as a litigator with Fulbright & Jaworski (now NortonRoseFulbright) and also practiced with a litigation boutique prior to joining Schlumberger.

Ms. Ralston holds two business administration degrees from Texas A&M University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston School of Law.

Dianne and her husband Andrew, General Counsel of specialty chemical company Ascend Performance Materials, have two daughters: Reagan 17 and Peyton 13.
