We previously notified you that the Court's CM/ECF system would have limited access limited access this weekend so that we could install an upgrade to the CM/ECF system. That upgrade has been delayed.

Because a service disruption was already scheduled for this weekend, we will use the time for a different system upgrade. As a result, Bankruptcy CM/ECF will be partially unavailable from 6:00PM Friday, October 17, to about 6:00PM Sunday, October 19, 2008. During that period, you will be able to read documents, but you will not be able to file documents.

To maintain optimal performance of the system, you should:

1. File only text PDF's and not image PDF's. Text PDF's (the correct way) are created through a desktop program. Image PDF's (the incorrect way) are those created on a scanner.

2. Change your Internet Explorer browser settings to check for newer versions of cached pages. Instructions on this change are available here.
