The Bankruptcy CM/ECF and PACER systems for the Southern District of Texas will be unavailable to the public from 7:00PM on Friday, March 22, until about 2:00PM on Saturday, March 23. We will broadcast one reminder email before the installation weekend, and another email after the installation when the system is available for all users.
