| United States Magistrate Judge Andrew M. Edison was appointed by the United States District Court, Southern District of Texas, effective February 20, 2018, to a seat vacated by the retirement of United States Magistrate Judge John Froeschner. Judge Edison was sworn in by United States Chief District Judge Lee H. Rosenthal, and will serve in the Galveston Division of the Southern District of Texas.
