Request for public comment on Chapter 13 Plan forms and Local Rule 6007-1, intended to address the new Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 3015.1, which establishes requirements for the content of a local, district-wide uniform plan.  Public comment on changes to Local Rule 2004-1(c) are also being sought.

In January, the Court will host district-wide meetings to discuss the proposed changes. All members of the bar and their staff are invited to attend. Please select one of the following links to RSVP.

The Court strongly encourages interested parties to attend a session in person.  The Court anticipates a colloquy with those in attendance.
