Paper Copies of Bankruptcy Court Orders Discontinued Effective September 1, 2008
The following change is effective September 1, 2008 for all users of the Bankruptcy Court’s CM/ECF Filing System:
Paper copies of orders, judgments and Court-generated notices will be discontinued.
Copies of orders, judgments and Court-generated notices will be sent exclusively by e-mail.
In each case, the CM/ECF user is responsible for assuring that a current e-mail address is listed for the CM/ECF user.
Please ensure that your e-mail system will accept e-mails from the Court. You must also ensure that you maintain sufficient capacity in your system to receive the Court’s e-mailed notices. Notice may be held to be sufficient if sent by the clerk to the e-mail address designated by you, even if the e-mail is returned to the clerk due to a full mailbox or for other reason.
