| Victoria Division Juror Information |
|
| How long do I serve? |
Your summons gives you the date that you are to report to the courthouse.
Jurors are summoned to be "on-call" for a one month period. If you are selected to serve on a jury, your jury service ends when the trial ends. If you are not selected as a juror, you may be required to report again during the "on-call" period. Specific reporting instructions will be provided throughout the month via the Jury Information Line.
Although you are scheduled to report on the date stated on the Jury Summons form, the Court's schedule may change, therefore causing your appearance date to change. Please call the Jury Information line...
1-800-582-9109
...after 6:00 p.m. on the evening before your appearance date and have your nine digit participant number available when you call. The message will provide individualized reporting instructions.
If you have any questions, please call the Clerk's Office at 361-788-5000, during regular business hours.
