The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas requests comments on proposed changes to the Uniform Plan and Motion for Valuation of Collateral Bankruptcy form.

Comments should be sent to bankruptcy_comments@txs.uscourts.gov. The deadline for comments is Friday, September 5, 2014.
